Annual chocolate and wine pairings for Valentine's - special guitar music in the tasting room. -Feb. 12: Crane Creek Vineyards, Valentines and Wine weekend, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. $5. -Feb. 12:   Yonah Mountain Vineyards, Prelude to Valentine's Day, 5-9 p.m. -Feb. 12: Frogtown Cellars.
