Tiger Mountain Vineyards open house is Dec. 4

From the winery: Tiger Mountain Vineyards has enjoyed a record year of  expansion, a near perfect  harvest (voted so by some connoisseur bears)  and  scores of national awards for our wines. But what we value most is our customers, new friends and old.

So we hope you join us for a holiday open house Saturday, Dec. 10, noon to 4 p.m., featuring soups made and paired with our wines, artisan cheeses and breads, Appalachian Christmas fiddling, and free wine tastings for all!  We will  share our recipes and our printed tips for pairing our wines with your holiday dishes.

We are offering wine discounts, gift ideas such as our three bottle embossed wood box  ( yes, we ship)  and wine accessories.

Tiger Mountain is celebrating 10 new awards  for our 100% Rabun County grown wines, all announced in November:

2010 Petit Manseng –winner of the first Jefferson Cup in a prestigious invitational ever awarded a Georgia winery!

  1. Wow I feel great that I found this blog about wine tours but on the other hand I'm looking for private wine tours. Thanks for having me here and please keep on posting!

  2. I have been wanting to go on a wine tour for a long time. There aren't many places around here that offer tours. I'm thinking of going to one the next time I'm on vacation.
